Our in-house R&D team offers opportunities with the latest in technical developments to test and sample new materials and packaging designs that have never been processed.

Our customers take advantage of our lab machines and services to develop new products and processes that cannot be accomplished utilizing their own production equipment.

The following equipment is available in the US:

• W. MÜLLER single-station blowmolder with S1/90 P-PE CoEx 7/8-layer head
• Dryer, compressor, chiller and support equipment
• Computerized microscope for layer analysis
• Professional documentation of all sampling jobs

In addition, we offer at our R&D lab in Germany:

• W. MÜLLER single-station blowmolder with S1/60 CoEx 6-layer head
• W. MULLER double station blowmolder with S1/90 T-PE Deco 2 layer head
• Single screw extruders in various sizes
• Dryer, compressor, chiller and support equipment
• Computerized microscope for layer analysis
• Professional documentation of all sampling jobs

Specifically designed extrusion head retrofit packages for our lab equipment allow us to realize special sampling requirements. This means that virtually any required layer combination or application can be sampled and developed.
