Management Service and Spare Parts Sales (m/f/d) with immediate effect and unlimited
Your tasks will include:
- Creating quotations for spare parts, repairs, overhauls and other services
- Contract negotiations and contract support until successful conclusion
- Responsibility for timely order processing including customs and shipping handling
- Commercial implementation of all service activities with responsibility for results
- Planning and coordination of service technician assignments
- Budgeting, implementation and reporting of the service division
- Consequent expansion of our worldwide service activities
- Support and coordination with our subsidiary in the USA
- Targeted, pro-active expansion of our service portfolio in cooperation with the technical departments
Your profile:
- High technical affinity, reading technical drawings and documents
- Multi-year experience in spare parts /service sales essential
- Ideal leadership experience in technical teams
- ERP knowledge
- Business fluent English
- Good commercial knowledge, especially on shipping and customs handling
- Precise customer and service orientation
